When we receive your request, a Chameleon representative will contact you. Since tobacco related products are age controlled in all 50 states, we require either a resale license or a tobacco license depending on how your state governs the sale of tobacco and/or tobacco accessories.
Once your license is received via fax, we require a small initial order of glass to accompany the catalog. We send $300 worth of our best selling, high volume items discounted for the introductory/sampler price of $225. This way, you can see how carefully we ship, the quality of our craftsmanship, the industry leading selection of items and the fact that “what you see is what you get” when you compare to the included catalog. (We do not photo enhance or retouch our photos for the catalog)
Please also understand that these steps provide a safeguard to you as a customer to ensure that we are selling to actual stores and not to someone opening across the street or someone without a retail storefront. We appreciate your willingness to go through these new account introductory steps.
